The delivery time for receiving your medicine is approximately 10 to 14 days. Please, take into account that due to some technical circumstances the delivery time may take 30 days maximum.

You can track the order if you have a tracking number provided by the logistic company. If you do not have a tracking number, it is still possible to track your order, but it also depends on the company.

Yes, you can cancel the order only in case your order has not been dispatched. In that situation, we will refund your money and you will be charged only for the cancellation fee.

• I completed the order, but I did not receive a confirmation by email. Why?
The confirmation email that you have successfully completed the order will arrive automatically in a few seconds.
If you did not receive a confirmation mail it may be due to the following reasons:
– if do not receive notification emails from the site please check in your mail in Spam or Junk mailbox.
– if you find in the confirmation in a Spam or Junk mailbox, try to find the „ Mark as good“ option or „Add a sender to white- list“. In this way, you will prevent the emails from our site from appearing in Spam or Junk mailbox in the future.
