The delivery time for receiving your medicine is approximately 10 to 14 days. Please, take into account that due to some technical circumstances the delivery time may take 30 days maximum.
One of the reason is that the delivery has to pass a custom control, which can be prolonged especially because of the large number of packages, customs protocols or changed flight schedules.

The confirmation email that you have successfully completed the order will arrive automatically in a few seconds.
If you did not receive a confirmation mail it may be due to the following reasons:

–    if you find in the confirmation in a Spam or Junk mailbox, try to find the „ Mark as good“ option or „Add a sender to white- list“. In this way, you will prevent the emails from our site from appearing in Spam or Junk mailbox in the future.
